This is a Husband and wife restaurant whom have work in restaurant industry for over 6 years. We purchase the restaurant in 2019 by the name of Romesco Bistro and Tapas. The reason to open the restaurant was to bring great cooking, local products, new menu and inspiration to our people. In 2020 we decided to change the name of the restaurant , which name is EVANGELINE CUISINE. Now been open for one year and a month we realize that there is a lot of us to offer to our people.
