Leo J Ryan Memorial Park

Leo J. Ryan Memorial Park is a recreational city park, located in Foster City, California and run by the city government and local citizens. Originally called simply “Central Park”, the park was named in honor and memory of Congressman Leo J. Ryan. The park is situated on 20 acres which overlook Foster City’s lagoon.

Leo J. Ryan Memorial Park offers 20 acres of lawn areas, lagoon access, a gazebo on the lagoon, and restroom facilities. The picnic rental space is located at the hilltop above the amphitheater and includes uncovered picnic tables on the hilltop.
